I agree with this to an extent.
I feel that until there's a hosting platform with faster streaming speeds and ease of use, *Blacklisted site* will be the go-to for normies.
For point 8, most of the time when someone posts an *Blacklisted site* link, none of the content is theirs to begin with.

That's your solution? Ban!? Instead of educating and letting people make their own choices. Just ban!
That being said... I had no Idea about the problems with *Blacklisted site*. And most of OP's concerns impact us all. So...
If you can suggest a place where videos can be:
1) Streamed at lower resolution (say 720p)
2) Fast enough so they they don't interrupt my kung fu every 3 seconds
3) Offer original quality downloads for pixel-peeping porn hoarders
4) While also solving the rest of OP's conserns
... we'll use it!
In the meantime *Blacklisted site* is good enough tor normies like me!

There is only one website I know of that has a similar style of file hosting like this.
E-Hentai or exhentai, but for images only. As of right now, I haven't seen any video hosting similar.
For EH, they have their original quality downloads available through point redemption or torrent. The gallery is usually compressed for quick viewing. It would be a good way to go about this, but it would require SC to become a gallery-style website rather than forum-style.
Amen, and i would say the same about camwhores dot tv, if they didn't so frequently manage to get exclusive stolen content not hosted elsewhere. Camwhores must be generating a profit and even paying a small amount to acquire content with the amount of exclusive content they have. It doesn't really make sense to me otherwise.
But like *Blacklisted site*, they re-encode at a disappointing bitrate, and in the case of camwhores, they have the audacity to add their own logo to the beginning of the videos, like they own the content or something and didn't just pirate it like everyone else. But re-encoding at ALL is bad enough, of course.

I wish for CW, thub, and *Blacklisted site* to be banned but maybe another solution could be to disallow any likes/reactions to posts with videos/links affliated with those sites?

Any time you re-encode a video you reduce the quality. But like all sites that re-encode video, the emphasis is on encoding speed rather than encoding quality. And like most other sites that re-encode video, they use a disappointingly low bitrate that further reduces the output quality, presumably to save on storage and bandwidth costs.
