Here ist the low quality version, I am too lazy to download the high quality version rn.
- Open the network tab in your browsers console (typically opened with F12), or CTRL+SHIFT+i
- Refresh the page
- Make sure the quality setting in the video player is what you want to download
- Play the video
- Soon some rows should appear in the network console that end in .mp4 (some browsers let you filter by 'media'), right click one of them and open in new tab
- In the video player in the new tab, right click save the video to your filesystem
