Digital Rights Management. It's used to stop piracy (or at least make it more difficult).

Onlyfans accounts that have DRM enabled have their videos (or at least their latest videos) unable to be downloaded in the normal ways. It also makes them load slower, because of whatever system they use needing more bandwidth. It's annoying.
