She did get implants, and AFAIK she still has them. Part of what is confusing you is the fact that immediately after getting them she re-took a lot of her old photos that had performed well and tried to scrub the original, pre-implant, images off the internet. But because that never works, you'll see the same photo with two very different sets of boobs and not have it be immediately obvious when, in time, they were taken.
I don't know that she's done a boy/girl video since getting her new boobs, or maybe the newest one is post-enhancement. Not entirely sure.

I'm not a fan of implants, but I have to admit that hers is in the upper tier as far as obtaining a more natural looking result goes. They have a good shape and lie more realistically compared to most. And you really have to catch an up the nose angle to see her underboob scars.
