Try the old VPN, clear cache, cookies, etc, and see if you can pass as being from Japan. ProtonVPN works well ime, been using it since the texan porn ban.
Still need a phone number for verification tho. Since they send a text for the code.
You could try those TG bots that sellls phone numbers just to receive texts
