I'm just going to comment on the Samplers... I tried many of them like Euler a, Euler, DPM2a, DPM++ 2S a, DPM2 Kerras, PLMS, and so on, but from personal experience, I think that Heun produces the best results.

How I achieved my results:
- running a local Automatic1111 client on my home PC which has an RTX 3080 Ti
- AnythingV3, NovelAI, F222, HasanBlend and ElysiumAnimeV2 (best hands) for art
- Analog Diffusion for realism (it just adds film grain so everything looks real)

Abandon 3d, return to 2d.
In all seriousness, anime models are superior.
But as you can see photorealism has been achieved.
