Here is the process I used.
To start off, I made Ares mix in to inpaint model ( )
1. Original image
2. Inpaint cloth away ( prompt : nude, nsfw )
4. Roughly paint in where you want penis to be ( prompt : <lora:tgirl_v3b:0.8> errect penis, testicles, glans )
4-a. In my experience including more description of penis had better results ( etc : glans, frenulum, perineum, testicles... )
5. Final result, upscale in extra tab if needed
Additional info
I set denoising strength at 0.8, lower values will respect your input image where as higher value will make it draw somthing completely new.
For sampling steps I used 30.
Inpaint results are very random, so try using higher batch count, sizes to produce ton of images and pray you get result you wanted.
I reduced image resoultion so I can produce more results at once.
If you got the general shape you like but want it to change a bit, run that picture through inpaint with reduced denoising strength
They are mostly untouched

here's my try on inpainting dicks into original image, model is aria sky
I used Ares mix ,tgirls_v3b and vae-ft-mse-840000-ema-pruned
I'm more interested in turning actresses into dick girls than fully generated girls.
but the results are so inconsistent it's so hard to produce a decent looking dic...
If anyone has tip on how I could improve inpainting consistency and quality
or maybe better ways to make what I'm trying to make, please do share
