Okay, here it is. The Gravure DVD, TAK-0928. I downloaded the digital version, which, unfortunately, was encrypted. Here is the decrypted version in 1080p 60FPS. It is 11G, so I created a rar archive in 4 parts. It is in this collection of other Eunji stuff:
