I always assume there might be editing even in candid stuff. To me it's not so much her face but her eyes look big.

It's not just you. I honestly didn't recognize her for a moment when I saw the image.
I'm not 100% just what it is about it.
She has used a thinning filter for her entire face and individual photoshopping for her eyes, cheeks, nose. I didn't actually fully recognise her when I first saw the preview. Or as shown below, just ran the whole thing through some AI generator and picked this final result as the version she wanted to look like.
Kinda makes a mockery of the whole 'candid' thing really.

Yeah, the candids lately have been borderline worthless because of the gross filters. A lot of streamers/youtubers-turned OF models seem to not realize that people want their personality to come through their posts.
Maybe she took all this time to train an AI model so she doesn't have to do photoshoots anymore. 
The AI-ification just seems like way too much effort. Just take your top off and post some pictures in the mirror of your tits, jesus christ Meg. I subscribe to girls for $5 who do MORE than this.

The funnier part is it's really just the same user. I mean, man was posting his displeasure over Meg elsewhere, but he's dialed it up to 11 here since. If Chappelle's Hater of the Year was a real thing, he'd be a nominee, lol.
Meg's big folly is not realizing her ass is ridiculous and not filling the majority of her content with ass related stuff. She should do some POV stuff where it's just ass in your face.
Another reason why her candids look weird is because those photos are mirrored. So her face is literally backwards as a result.
I don't even think she looks that unrecognizable or anything. It's just a combo of big eyes through the glasses, how she's showing her lips, and her hairline which is higher than usual which can throw people off.
Her candids really are infinity better than her cosplay content
