Question Onlyfans breached Terms of Service.

Anyone have the experience of onlyfans account getting banned TWICE due to "breached Terms of Service"?

I tried to apply the Deactivation Appeal Form twice and they only replied my account will remain deactivated because it seriously or repeatedly breached our

if they said your account will remain deactivated, and will not reply to you anymore... sounds like you have your answer, they are done with you. Would look into setting up a new account, I think you will have some difficulty with that.

Thing tricky thing is they replied "This decision is final and you can no longer use OnlyFans. You will not be able to restore this account or create a new one."
Also they NEVER clearly explained why i was banned in the first place which really triggered me, they just kept saying "breach of Terms of Service" like a bot.

Yeah they say you have to submit evidence without specifying what rule you broke…surely there’s a way? Happened to me too. Spent too much on ppv to lose it all lmao

if you're a customer and did a chargeback from your bank that is insta ban.

If you're a customer you may have been banned for breaching TOS - such as asking creators to meet up or similar

It's known that OF does what they want. Models and content gets randomly flagged, accounts get disabled without noticable reason and nobody can or wants to explain why. As a customer you have no rights. One of the reasons why justfor.fans / fansly etc. become more and more famouls and attractive because onlyfans is meanwhile an arrogant company who's treating their customers like trash. The support in general is not the smartest one. I heard about models who wanted to verify a second PPV account which was declined without reason. The funny thing is that the data for verification of the second account were the same than the verification for the first account. But the second account was declined and the support is apparently useless. If you are a content creator you should seriously think about verify yourself somewhere else.

If you're from Europe (EU/EEA/UK), you're covered by the GDPR in which companies are required by law to provide a subject access request, which means you can obtain your data held by that company.

This isn't true - every creator complains they got banned for no reason, the majority end up admitting they did something to breach the terms.

I know of several creators who got banned and pleaded innocent only to reveal they:

Were discussing and arranging collabs with other creators on the platform (This is against discussing RL meet ups)

Were offering real life sessions to fans

Were using banned words and banned roleplay terms

Were using third party file transfer sites to send material via OF

I had one of my old account banned due to false cc info and i was ripping content using a script , so the best advice i can give is to not lie on your informations or rip content on your main account (create another one especially for ripping or buy a account with cash credit on it ) and if you rip , best to use a vpn.

Yes, if you are banned you obviously cant just create a new account and expect your information to work when it just got banned. You need make it appear as someone else than you are actually using your new account, I believe prepaids/virtual cards is your best bet.
