I think she's faking it personally. It's all too common nowadays for that's to use tourettes to get famous because it's cute or funny. Very very easy to fake BTW.
idk, I don't think it would actually be all that easy to fake it convincingly, plus why even bother when you're already hot and getting a bunch of attention? Seems like a huge commitment and a whole lot of effort for not a lot of gain. Plus I'd question how common it actually is for people to fake it, especially since I only know one other "creator" with Tourette's (Sweet Anita). So if there's a ton of people out there faking it, it doesn't seem to have been all that successful, considering they're not that well known...

Man she's faking it. Her BFF had tourette and was being bullied in school, and she started copying her symptoms and used that against bullies to defend her BFF. She faked it so good that she even tricked doctors, she started swearing her teachers, everybody bought it, she's very intelligent, actually her IQ was highest in her school, and she finished college although her average grades were 8/10. And PS, she's not a thot.
