Question Uploading videos.

I was just wondering how to upload videos. I can upload photos through JPGchurch but I don't see how to upload videos.

Do I have to upload them to those sites first, or can I upload videos straight to this site

you have to upload there first then post the link it gives you. that link will take people to that file
