There's no conspiracy. It's just capitalism in action. All the algorithms are interested in is who searches for what, who clicks on what, and who pays for what. Money talks - if the companies/creators can get more money out of fetishists then that's the content they'll produce.
And if you want to talk about desensitization: there's clearly a sizeable subgroup of male viewers who can't be turned on by regular porn anymore, and are only interested in seeing the females get ever more degraded and brutalized in the scenes they buy/watch, so the market is responding to that as well.

Another pet peeve I have is OnlyFans content creators who get too professional. What I mean by that is I like women who look like they are doing this OnlyFans thing by themselves on their own.
