To everyone their own. For what it's worth, if you can tell there's been surgery, it's too much for me. When it comes to trans, I like it when they stay small and hard and look super fem. Others like them hung and spraying all over. Let's just respect each others opinion and move on.
Some of it is body issues and also trying to pass as either feminine or attractive. These days attractive means big boobs and grotesque looking asses that you can spot from a mile away as fake.
A lot of trans women seem to drift towards the bimbo look to get away from anything that could be considered remotely masculine. Mia Isabella has always been my example of the biggest tragedy of this.

There's just a stark difference to what she started with (and even then there was some surgery) to present. The boobs got bigger and mismatched and the ass is way too big to look believable on her frame.
There's a recent livestream where she actually addressed the change and said something about undoing some of the facial work along with hormones and "teenage fat" for how she looked then.
She kind of misstates her age because 19 was when she first started doing porn but she was much more masculine looking circa 2005. The actual period she's referencing is 2007-early 2010 which is covered in the top pics (2009). There's just a much more natural, inviting look she used to have to her current one.
She's of course the same person but that old Mia is my all-time favorite yet she rarely did many bottom scenes (maybe 2 with that look) and started getting work done around 2010 and kept going heavily until 2014 and likely after.

True but Sarina Valentina at least had a consistent look for a number of years, I'm not as much of a stan for them so their changes don't hit as much. With all of them there was a point they looked good before going too far. Juliette Stray is by far the most dramatic in that group.
