Implants. I remember a recording of a cam show where she responded to what someone had typed in the chat by saying that "her boobs were too expensive" or that "she paid too much for her boobs" or something along those lines to not use them to make some money back. Obviously that's not verbatim, but the gist is that her boobs are fake. (I'm not complaining.)
