indeed, I'm not a native speaker but I still don't see the point in using "they" to refer to a single person other than the whole "nonbinary" thing. It's possible that I really don't speak English to that extent, but even in the dictionary I don't see a clear example of using "they" when you can determine gender without a problem.
A lot of times it's used when you don't know someones gender, for instance, if you had a work meeting with someone named Alex and all you know about them is that their name is Alex and their a project manager or some shit that you need to meet with to discuss details, Alex is a gender-neutral name and unless you know the person, you'd used they or them to refer to them cause you don't know if they're a man or a woman or nonbinary, etc.
You wouldn't call someone by their title like that, you would just use their name. With my last comment, I meant refer to them to others, for example:
Off the top of my head the main slip ones were the mushroom hat (anus/lip), the shower skull (nip), the dirty tribal "viking" one (nip/lip/anus), the black lingerie one where she had blond or colored hair with the anal plug (anus). Can't remember any other specifically. There was another one with a white one piece lingerie or something that have a nip slip I think. Same one piece from her mushroom hat.
It was one of her early stuff. This video set https://simpcity.su/threads/bukkit-brown.10265/page-2#post-295227
