Right? Most people in the Vtuber community think that if they spend enough money for their oshi, they will notice him/her. Then they go out on dates like their life is an anime. Like bro stop, there's a borderline between dreaming and delusion.
It's not "most" lol. You're right in that a decent percentage take the parasocialism too far but the actual biggest percentage of a vtuber's audience is lurkers who will sometimes chat when prompted to or donate during special occasions like a birthday/subathon.
It reminds me when Mikeneko/Rushia got terminated by hololive and her parasocial fans got mad like mad2x.

You heard correctly. They were specifically using the page on Nina as a sort of headquarters; that particular page has been their roach nest since before Nina's graduation, when they were hating on her for having given the Luxiem members as much as the time of day.

this is sad, Some vtubers live in private departments (usually very expensive) and usually ask for the permits, others live out of the city like suburbs.

The issue was that they were regularily breaching containment, that's how people even found out about it in the first place. /vt/ was /vt/ so it was already known since 4chan is infamous. So when rhe Anti's were coming out in droves, people simply assumed it was from /vt/
