I have never seen breast implants that I thought looked good. Like what the hell is this:

It looks like someone strapped a pair of cannon balls under her chest. They're way too low on her chest, way too spherical, too damn big to fit the proportions of the rest of her body, and just look too stiff and unnatural. Actual breasts do not look anything like this. And this example isn't even the worst out there nor uncommon. I wish this wasn't such a prevalent thing among transwomen and in my opinion, they should just accept what they have since all breast sizes including small ones are beautiful and they do not need top surgery to be feminine.
