1. They're not going to monitor her traffic. Even if they were to do that, the difference of 500-2000 views is not significant, especially when you consider how many new subscribers she has going in and out.
2. Even if they knew that the link was leaked, there is nothing they can do to prevent it with their current infrastructure. And they already know about leakers, so they would already address it if they wanted to address it. They don't care.
Personally it's not great watching the low res videos on my monitor because mine is 4k.

I don't know about a jump in the traffic not being noticable because the engagement on the Patreon in terms of likes/comments is pretty low so not sure how many actually still sub. It's low double digits likes for the vids and less than 100 for the photosets when posted lately, I guess most just watch and don't engage but I think it might be a fairly shallow pool.
